About the Role:
Join our team at the TCSP Café!
Are you friendly, reliable, and ready to make every customer feel at home? TCSP is on the hunt for a part-time Café Team Member to create a vibrant café experience for our members and guests. Our café is the heart of our community—a place to grab a coffee, enjoy a snack, or refuel after a game.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. This position includes weekend availability and variable hours during events and tournaments.

- Monday 3 hours - timing is flexible before 12:00
- Wednesday 3 hours - timing is flexible before 12:00
- Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- More hours available on a Fill in basis as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Craft experiences: Ring up food and beverages accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
- Get creative: Make coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, and other menu items with care.
- Chop & Dice: Prep ingredients and make fresh inventory throughout the shift.
- Keep it fresh: Maintain a clean and organized café, from clearing tables to restocking supplies.
- Be a team player: Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, prompt, and capable of multitasking.
- A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Previous café, barista, or food service experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidates.
- Enthusiastic about creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
